We've recently reached out to Elizabeth and Sam Golding, staunch supporters of our work, to gain insight into their perspective on the Flinders Quartet. Their heartfelt message profoundly inspires and propels our continuous musical voyage.
Our first encounter with the Flinders Quartet occurred two decades ago at a refugee fundraiser. We were captivated by the passion in their performances and their genuine connection with the audience and the music. Since that initial meeting, we have remained steadfast followers of their journey.
The Flinders Quartet distinguishes itself through their innovative composer programs, collaborations with student groups, and the commissioning of new musical works. Their dynamism and engaging approach prompted us to make contributions that empower them to pursue their artistic aspirations.
