SUBMISSION FORM

To submit: Complete the form below, upload up to three composition work sample/s (10MB limit), and click submit. If unable to upload into the form, please email your composition work sample/s and related audio or filmed recordings (if available) to admin@flindersquartet.com.

All submissions must be received by 5pm AEDT, 30 November 2024. You will be sent a confirmation email once both your submission form and work sample/s (and optional mp3 file/s) have been received and checked. If you do not receive this confirmation within 72 hours, please email the address above or text 0417 798 523 (this phone number is only to be used for this purpose; any questions regarding the program must be sent in writing).
